There isn't a more international place in Rotterdam than the Markthal. The Markthal is the first indoor market in The Netherlands and has 100 different booths with fresh food from different countries. Some of the booths include the Chinese supermarket, the Indo corner, the Turkish Obba restaurant, food stalls from Surinam to Zaandam, and many traditional Dutch cheese shops. - Fish and meat diagonally opposite each other.
- Potatoes, vegetables, fruit and delicacies on the other diagonal.
- Four separate fresh produce units spread out across the floor for seasonal products or special offers (for a day, a week or a month).
- Space for flowers and plants and for breakfast, lunch and dinner under one roof.
